Arrival Information

Your Arrival:

All travel plans are up to you to coordinate. Please use the resources we've given you to arrange transportation from the airport. Click here for more information.  You will need to schedule the shuttle ahead of time. It is always good to travel with others from your area and thus share costs. We recommend that you arrive a few days before your first scheduled day of work to find housing (if you haven't already) and to get settled in properly.

Before or on your first day of work, you MUST stop by the Human Resources Office in the Sundial Building to fill out all your paperwork. Please bring your Visa, Social Security Card, Passport, I-94 and your DS 2019 sheet (if you are on a J1 visa). You need all these documents to fill out the new hire information. If this is your first time to the United States, you will need to go to the Social Security Office in Salt Lake City to apply for a Social Security Card. They will give you a receipt that the HR office can use in the meantime. However, you CANNOT go to the Social Security Office any sooner than 10 days after your arrival here in the States.

Once you fill out your paperwork in HR, you will then be given your uniform, name badge and Kronos card (clock in/out card). You should remember to sign up for a company orientation with HR. Once you attend this orientation, you will be given a voucher to go to the ticket office and get your season's ski/board pass.

Finally, please check in with your manager and get your schedule of hours. Human Resources can give you the name and number of your manager if you don't have it already.
