The Canyons extends complimentary skiing/snowboarding privileges to reporters and photographers on assignment, and to journalists who utilize The Canyons press kits, press releases and/or ski reports for publication or media exposure. Eligible media personnel may obtain a complimentary lift pass as often as desired during the 2007/08-ski season.

Please note, your call, e-mail or fax must be at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. You may pick up your lift pass at the will call window at ticket office in the resort village area at the top of the Cabriolet. Please plan on presenting valid media identification. Thanks in advance for helping us implement our complimentary lift pass policy by following these simple guidelines. The policy is as follows:
Complimentary lift passes will be issued to writers on assignment, on-air radio and TV announcers on assignment, editors directly responsible for publishing The Canyons press releases or ski reports, and photographers and engineers on assignment. Sorry, children, spouses and other guests are not included. Complimentary lift passes are available to owners and managers of media organizations. Complimentary lift passes cannot be issued to other media personnel such as advertising or sales representatives, photographers and engineers not on assignment, as well as all other support staff
Complimentary lift passes cannot be issued to freelance photographers or writers, unless they are on direct assignment from a specific publication. A 48-hour advance notice, in writing, is required from the publication to verify the assignment.
