The Farm

Bistro at Canyons

Bistro at Canyons is the latest addition to the culinary family at Canyons—Park City, Utah’s world-class, all season vacation destination and one of the largest resorts in North America. But what sets this restaurant apart is that Bistro is the first certified* glatt kosher restaurant open all winter season at any ski resort in the nation.

Slopes

Slopes embraces a “living well” mantra and focuses on a balance of freshness, variety, flavor and nutrition while emphasizing seasonal ingredients. The menu features both healthy and hearty options with a number of selections for those with special dietary needs. Located in the Waldorf Astoria, this amazing restaurant also features an impressive selection of wines.Located in the lower village in the Waldorf Astoria.

Talisker on Main

The cornerstone of the Talisker Restaurant Collection, this culinary standout was named the “Best Restaurant in Park City” two years in a row by Salt Lake Magazine. This restaurant focuses on sampling many distinctive regional flavors with a constantly evolving menu inspire by the fresh produce available during the changing seasons. Located on historic Main Street, Talisker on Main also offers one of the best wine selections in Park City.

Red Tail Grill

Offering amazing views of the mountain and located on the Ski Beach in the Resort Village, Red Tail Grill features an innovative southwest menu served in a rustic setting. This is the perfect gathering spot for family-friendly dining and with its outdoor deck on the Ski Beach, it is a beautiful après and al fresco dining spot.

Umbrella Bar

This classic outdoor deck spot in the Resort Village offers 360 degree views from its unique glass enclosure and a massive outdoor deck with a perfect view of the village music stage. Along with a menu that features specialty hot dogs, burgers and there’s also an extensive beer selection.

First Tracks Café

Visit First Tracks Café to explore our menu which includes specialty coffee and assorted pastries. Organic, gluten-free and vegan options. Also serving Post Grape Nuts-Fit breakfast sampling bar beginning January 25 - March 31, Friday - Sunday.

Lookout Cabin

Known for its table-served Rocky Mountain cuisine and incredible views of the Wasatch Range, Lookout Cabin also offers an après ski menu and a full-service bar. Located off the mid-station of the Orange Bubble Express and the top of Short Cut lift.

Cloud Dine

You can now have lunch at the top of Dream Peak where the focus will be healthy salads, soups, gourmet pizzas and sandwiches with a culinary twist. Located at the top of DreamCatcher and DreamScape lifts. Expected to open mid January 2011.

Sun Lodge

This spacious mountain lodge features healthy, made-to-order salads, fresh soups, classic sandwiches and grill items.

Red Pine Lodge

Perfect location to relax or grab a quick bite and continue on your summer adventure. Come and sample all of your favorite American classics or some of our mountains favorites such as Lookout Cabin's Wagyu Burger, Tombstone Grill’s All-Day Smoked Brisket Sandwich or one of the mouth-watering salads from Cloud Dine.

Canyons Western BBQ

Hear live country-western music while our chefs present a legendary Western BBQ Buffet, including slow-cooked prime rib. Located at Red Pine Lodge, accessed by an evening ride on the Red Pine Gondola.

Tombstone & Dreamscape Grills

Burgers, sandwiches and drinks at the base of the DreamScape and Tombstone lifts... these are perfect places to dine outside and enjoy an outdoor picnic style lunch so you can replenish your energy quicker and get back to what you came here to do!

Bruges Waffles

Try the Liege Vanilla Waffle or a Torpedo Waffle stuffed with Chocolate! Waffles are a wonderful breakfast or light snack in the middle of a day on the slopes. Toppings include fruit of the day, creme fraiche or speculoos spread. Bruges Waffles is located next to Red Pine Lodge, at the base of High Meadow and Saddleback Express lifts.

The Cabin Restaurant

The buffet includes, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes or french toast, freash fruits and assorted yogurts and cereals. 

Drafts

Drafts has over 50 beers from around the world, an extensive wine list, a full bar and a dazzling array of gourmet pub food. 

Edge Steakhouse

Edge Steakhouse delivers a cutting-edge culinary experience that takes the traditional American-style steakhouse to a new level.

Escala Provisions Company and Marketplace

Escala Provisions Company offers breakfast, après ski, and dinner options, as well as a full bar serving creative handcrafted cocktails, including the signature Honey & Lemon Margarita made from locally sourced Cox’s Honey from Idaho. A straightforward wine list focuses on wines from California along with an international selection, with affordable glass and bottle options.
