Canyons’ Save Big, Ski Big program was designed to deliver a trial offer throughout the customer’s journey from home to Utah and to enable consumers to utilize mobile technology to take advantage of the offer at any point during the trip. Canyons used multiple touch points to deliver the offer, including boarding passes, a “takeover’ of the Salt Lake City airport baggage claim, ground transportation companies and the Park City transit system.
